Virtual Health Workshops in Malawi
In July 2025, Change For Her co-founders Shuhan and Kanori hosted virtual health workshops in collaboration with two local schools in Malawi working with over 110 students. The initiative was coordinated with our Malawi-based member, Praise Manyela. The workshops focused on educating girls about self-care, menstrual health, consent, and healthy relationships. Each participant received a reusable pad, notebooks, and pencils, made possible through Change For Her’s fundraising efforts. Change For Her will continue these workshops with additional topics and partner schools once schools in Malawi reopen after the summer break in September.

Hosted successful seminar!!
We successfully hosted our first seminar on January 13th, where we had the opportunity to share our unique experiences as girls and connect with one another. It was truly inspiring to see members from Japan, Thailand, India, and China come together, bridging cultural differences and creating meaningful connections.

We are looking forward to our upcoming seminar on March 9th, where we will be celebrating International Women's Day. It promises to be another empowering event, as we continue to celebrate the achievements and contributions of women worldwide.
